Personal Growth Challenge Week 19 VLOG: Judgement, Give Yourself & Others a Break

Wanted to post a video log on judgement this week. We all have so many encounters in our lives daily and I wanted to pose the question: how are we looking at people and ourselves throughout the day? I think it is so easy to get into habitual motion and not think about things. I, myself am working a no complaint challenge of my own and I realized how many times throughout the day I am not even aware of what I am doing, as I am just going through the motions.  This weeks challenge is for you to become aware of what you are saying about other people; how we judge those around us and how we judge ourselves.
We only have one go around in this life, lets have fun and love one another while we are here.  You just never know how life might be a little easier, a little more fun,  and you make more meaningful and stronger bonds with people. I challenge you not only for this week but for this month (and lifetime for that matter) to begin letting go of your notions of who you think people are or who/what you think they should be.  We all are on a journey to be our best, some people just need a little longer to reach those points in their life, and maybe they might just need someone to believe in them.  What if that person was you??? Today is all we have, so don’t pass up that chance to help someone else reach their best as you accept them… By us helping others, we will be finding our best as well.  Have an amazing day as you put your best life forward.
